Kelah McFarland-Barnes is an innovative software engineer with 7 years of experience with the federal government. Kelah has served as an applications developer and software project manager for USACE (ERDC) of Vicksburg, MS, a patent examiner for USPTO, and Adjunct Instructor for University of Southern Mississippi.

Kelah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Mississippi State University. Kelah is committed to using technology as a tool for education and empowerment in STEM. Kelah seeks to blend creativity, technical skill, and professionalism to develop meaningful solutions and foster opportunities that help individuals thrive and achieve success.
