This page is provided for information only. Projects are listed below after proposals have been received and/or a procurement has been authorized by ITS. Vendors may not submit bids or proposals for any of the projects listed.

Closed RFPs and Sole Sources

CP-1 Acquisition Approval Database
ITS issues CP-1 Acquisition Approval documents for: competitive and sole source procurements; emergency purchases reported to ITS; exemptions from ITS purview; and modifications to previous approvals. A searchable database containing summary information for approvals is available at this link.

Managed Service Provider (MSP) Program 
This page contains information on procurements conducted by Knowledge Services regarding the MSP program.

Letter of Configuration (LOC) Information 
This link contains post-proposal status information for LOCs solicited by ITS.

ITS Board Actions 
The ITS Executive Director approves IT procurements up to a total project life cycle cost set by the ITS Board. Above that dollar threshold, ITS Board approval of the procurement is required. Agendas and approved minutes of ITS Board Meetings are available at this link.

Express Products Lists (EPLs) 
Proposals submitted for RFPs issued for products and services to be included in an ITS Express Products List (EPL) are evaluated and the resulting awards for each EPL, along with product details and pricing, are published at this link.

No award is final until (1) all approvals have occurred, including any required approvals or endorsements by entities external to ITS, when applicable; (2) any project contracts have been executed by all parties; and (3) the procuring agency has issued a purchase order to the vendor.
