MDHS & CPS Notices
Senate Bill 2179 (SB2179) from the 2016 Regular Session of the Mississippi Legislature, exempts the Department of Human Services (MDHS) and Child Protection Services (CPS) from ITS’ purview for the period from July 1, 2016, through June 30, 2019, and requires ITS to post a Notice on the ITS website and on the procurement portal website of proposed procurement actions by MDHS and CPS.
