Microsoft Purchases

ITS has established two methods for making Microsoft Purchases.  Instructions for Use applicable to each agreement are available by following the links below.

Microsoft EPL 3736 has expired as of July 31, 2025.

NASPO SVAR for Microsoft Purchases is valid through April 24, 2027.  

Purchases under one million dollars can be made using either option.  However, customers should carefully evaluate both options before deciding which purchasing instrument provides the best fit for their project.
