ADA RULE UPDATE:
New Federal Accessibility Requirements

The U.S. Department of Justice has issued new ADA regulations requiring that all state and local government websites, mobile apps, and electronic documents meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, Level AA).

Key Compliance Dates:

    ✅ April 26, 2026 - Statewide Public entities with greater than 50,000 population

    ✅ April 26, 2027 - Local Public entities with less than 50,000 population

To help agencies prepare, Tyler Technologies will host a Lunch & Learn  (in-person & virtual) on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the ITS main office (3771 Eastwood Drive, Jackson, MS).
